Train A travels east at 90km?

I will use the art of deduction through logic and known facts. First, since the passing happened so quick that means both trains are short which means there is a high probability that they are passenger trains! The standard length of one car on a passenger train is 85 Feet long. At a speed of passing at 3.2s. That would be 4x cars long = 340 Feet long.
