What is this? The employee can terminate this agreement by giving?

That means 30 days before you quit is notification day. But i would try the hr route first explain the situation. Ask for time off restricted different duties. Quitting reserved for after you know when lawsuit might be better. See a doctor or psychologist first then a lawyer or two. Its easier to take time off then to quit.
