well vaccines are preventive, so even if err was something wrong with you, a vaccine would do you no good. if its closed and is fine with no problem then i would suggest not going to the doctor. me and my pit bull play and he sometimes draws blood, and ive never had any problems. tl;dr you should be fine but watch it.
