Two theories: Drinking water before a meal is not beneficial as it?

Drinking water along with meal is good because it will make your food more liquidy .When you have more liquidy food in your stomach it will be digested quickly as compare to fatty food or carb rich food. Secondly all metabolic processes requires aqueous medium and drinking water along with food helps to enhance your metabolism. On the other hand when you drink water few minutes after your meal it is no longer part of your food and gastric juices as they are already secreted according to the food that you have taken , it will only dilute your gastric juice thus interferes in your digestive process MORAL: -Drinking water before meals is beneficial -Drinking water after meals is harmful
