Is there ever a late time to try to fade self-harm scars?
You can purchase silicon based scar reducing strips at the drugstore. These strips are kinda pricey but you can re use them if you rinse them off. These strips slowly improve the appearance of scars. Just stick it on to clean skin and leave it on as long as it sticks. You can clean it with a touch of mild soap and water and reuse it. The dead skin cells and skin oils do make it come off after a couple of days. I expect you can just read the instructions on the box like any other over the counter product.
