What happens if I start two weeks vacation at job A, give them my?

Heres my view. Please bear in mind that I am not a lawyer so could easily be wrong. At the very least, if all you have done is give two weeks notice to company A, you are still an employee of company A for those two weeks. That means that all of company As employment rules will still apply to you and if you violate any of them while working for company B during that period, you could be held liable. So at the very least, Id be very, very careful. If it were me, I wouldnt do it. Enjoy your vacation. Note that in the USA, if you are employed at will (as most people are), company A can fire you before your vacation is over, which they might be strongly inclined to do if they find out about company B. Incidentally, what company gives unlimited vacation?
