Ike notices an interesting pattern; he sees that 7 is 14% of a and 18 is 6% of b. If c is b/a, then what is the value of c? A quick inspection tells me that a=50 and a slightly longer one that b=300, so that gives c=(300/50), so an answer of 6. Did that in my head.
