No. That would require a lot more faith in human competency than I frankly possess. Conspiracy theories are fundamentally optimistic in my view, in that they posit that the world can in fact be controlled. I think that's bullshit. Everyone wants control. No one has it. It's like floating in the ocean making waves with your arms. You can stir up the water around you, but you can't stop the tide.
